Telangana
₹12,000 an acre
paid to farmers every year under Rythu Bharosa, across the kharif and rabi seasons
Telangana's main household schemes came from the state's six guarantees: free bus travel for women, free electricity up to 200 units, LPG cylinders at ₹500, and Rythu Bharosa support for farmers. Most guarantees are tied to a white ration card and an application made through Praja Palana. The state also levies professional tax on salaries. Property charges are not listed yet because we could not confirm the current rates against sources that meet our standard.
